Q: There’s a saying, to pick one thing and do it well. What’s your one thing?

Vinicius: I put myself in other people’s shoes, see what problems they have and think of ways to solve them.

Q: What do you like about what you do?

Vinicius: No one is assigning you work to do. You come up with your own work to do and you have no idea if it’s the right work to be focusing on. It’s terrifying; but, extremely rewarding when it turns out you were focusing on the right thing.

Q: Anything else you’d like to add?

Vinicius: You are going to get knocked down to the ground all the time. Pick yourself up and try again. #fullentrepreneur
